Definitive Medical Web Design and Video are among the sponsors for the Atlanta 2010 Man & Woman of the Year.
The Man & Woman of the Year campaign is a fundraiser competition among individuals in the community of Atlanta who compete for the honor of being the Man or Woman of the Year.
Last year, Definitive was also a sponsor of the event which took place on June 11, 2009 and raised $140,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Heath Ponder was named Man of the Year and Alysia Shirley was named Woman of the Year at the grand finale celebration.
Candidates are judged solely on a philanthropic basis. The 2009 Man & Woman of the Year were crowned based on their success in generating funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society during a ten week campaign which began at the Kickoff Party on April 2nd and culminated at the Grand Finale Celebration on June 11, 2009 at the W Hotel in Buckhead. The candidates raised money in honor of local blood cancer survivors.
